Heart2Heart is so much more than an aftercare program. H2H is a Christian community of like-minded believers on a mission to love people as Jesus does. At H2H, we have combined a compelling mix of networking, support, and teaching that allows people to learn life-changing truths and develop intimate relationships.
Our Mission
Our mission is for Christ to change the lives of those held captive to addiction. We accomplish our mission through a Christ-centered, safe community. Through intensive, one-on-one relationships, we provide people suffering from addiction with mentoring, counseling, instructional life skills, support, and accountability.
